Collo builds infrastructure for connections. Badge scans, CE certificates, attendance records. Every vertical has a version of this problem. We solve it.
Why we built this
Conference lead capture has not changed in twenty years. You scan a badge. The data goes into a CSV. Someone emails the CSV around. A sales manager manually assigns leads. Reps enter them into Salesforce one by one. By the time anyone follows up, the prospect has already talked to three competitors.
The tools that were supposed to fix this made it worse. Badge scanner apps exported flat files. CRM integrations required IT. Routing rules lived in spreadsheets nobody updated. The result was a $50,000 conference investment that generated a folder of contacts nobody could act on.
Collo Route fixes this from the moment the badge is scanned. AI enriches the lead, matches it to the right territory and AE, and pushes it to Salesforce or HubSpot in seconds. The rep gets a notification before the conversation is even over. No CSV. No manual entry. No routing spreadsheet.
The same broken infrastructure shows up in other industries too. Licensed professionals tracking CE credits on paper. Associations mailing certificates. Event coordinators running attendance on sign-in sheets. Different problems, same root cause: the tools never kept up with the workflows. Collo builds the infrastructure to close that gap across all of them.
The legacy way
With Collo
Our mission
"We build infrastructure for the moments that matter. When someone shows up."
Three products. One platform. Every vertical that needs connections captured.
Badge scan to AE routing in seconds. AI enriches leads, routes to the right rep, and syncs to Salesforce automatically.
Digital CE certificates, license renewal tracking, and compliance dashboards for licensed professionals and associations.
QR check-in and attendance tracking for communities, churches, universities, and recurring events.
Three values. Not a wall poster. Actual operating principles.
We ship features in days, not quarters. If something is broken, we fix it before the customer asks twice.
If something isn't built yet, we say so. No roadmap theater. No vague timelines.
If a rep needs three training sessions to use it, we failed. Products should work the first time, on a conference floor, under bad lighting.
